The future of this school of medicine:

It is the only and first school of medicine in the eastern Taiwan. It develops doctors with Tzu Chi humanitarianism, and take making students a moral doctor as the main purpose of its education policies.

 

Silent Mentors is the most special course in this department of medicine. It means the corporal donators who they respect very much. Not only do student need to learn the knowledge about anatomy but they also should visit the family of silent mentors. Through the religious ceremony about anatomy, students will have the gratitude for caring and respecting the humanitarianism.

This school is based on Buddhism when erected. However, the

atmosphere here isn’t captive to the religion and very liberal. There are also other religious clubs here.
