Combining the surveys of students, the students that had been to Grand Hotel had positive expectation for the hotel, which included better services, more facilities, more diversity in dining and etc. They hoped Grand Hotel would become an internationally known hotel and even bring more business to the local. The students that hadn’t been to Grand Hotel expected more focus on more affordable lodging and dining and more active marketing.
