Most people thought it was the best place to accommodate foreign guests and a famous tourist site, landmark. The appearance of the building is in ancient palace style. However, people were skeptical of the old facilities and marketing events. |

Our advice: |

If Grand Hotel could be renovated with new facilities not in a total modern style but keep the original style (ancient palace style), people might find it refreshing which made the hotel better. |

Our advice: |
|
Even though hotels don’t need to take part in community activities, it would be great to spread good reputation. We feel it is beneficial to interact with the community when hosting events. It would increase promotional effects and maintain good interaction with communities nearby. Kill two birds with one stone. |
