VIP Groups Taohsi Children’s Art Education Center – Make Impossible Miracles Come True Design Theme ~ Loving Hsichou with Environmental Protection The teachers of Taohsi children’s Art Education Center use environmental protection as the theme to invite people to protect the land of Hsichou Township, in order to give future children a better living environment. Activity Process ~ Turn garbage into props, appreciate and cherish blessings They used “Taohsi for happiness” as the theme, to express their ideas. The teachers pick up the “environmental protection” hood they made and tell us that the materials are from the dump yard. They laugh and say: “When people hear it, they always asked why we look for things, that we could easily find in the market, in the stinky dump yard. We still insist on doing so because we want to show people our “environmental protection” theme. We also want to show the kids that many things in dump yards are still usable, so we should think before discarding them. There are things that can be reused to make pretty toys.”Afterthoughts When we were to interview the teachers of Taohsi Children’s Art Education Center, their teams had just started to meet. The teachers were still kind enough to let us interview them. They passionately answered our questions and took photos with us when we requested it. I liked to interview them, and the teachers were very happy. The parade was held for this happy atmosphere, wasn’t it? Taohsi did it, and we wish them to get a good score.
Design Theme ~ Use Body to Create Passion And Energy Hsichou Arts Parade was an activity for us to use our unrestrained imagination to show the idea that we want to express through stories. The topic of this parade was “Hsichou Needs Water”. This is the third time we have participated. Many teams from Hsichou Township were coming to share the happiness with people. The energy and passion of people from Xibao Stamina affected everyone on the spot. Everyone got very hyper. They wanted everyone to be happy, and everyone was excitedly following the rhythm of music and bounced crazily. Design Theme ~ Walk from Stage into Communities to Lay the Foundation for Arts This is the first time for Xibao Stamina members to participate in Art Parade. They dress in a bright peach color and grabbed everyone eyes. Their group leader works hard to make these for this activity. Their dancing is very lively. When you see their dance, you want to dance with them. The topic they want to express is very cute – countryside knight. There is a big white horse in the props. This matches the knight in the topic. Also, in the parade they toss many cute erasers to people. These erasers are held in a lovely little bag, and people compete to grab the bags of small gifts. Even my partner and I try that too. The group leader says that this is a very special experience, providing them a different stage to challenge. They used to perform for an audience on a stage, but this time they need to interact with people on the streets. In the process of learning, they did not get frustrated since all members are dancing teachers. The heartwarming part is that this activity unites everyone’s force. Afterthoughts After being a little reporter for the entire day, and running everywhere with my partner, I felt totally exhausted. We still showed people our best attitude, and enjoyed being a part of this. We did not forget our teacher’s reminders about politeness. In every interview, we politely asked people to accept our interview, and thanked them for their cooperation. We also remembered to give each team our best wishes. After participating in this activity, we learned that there are so many ways to express our love for the Hsichou Township. These impress on our feelings deeply. |
