(1) R & D Group |
They are responsible for R & D, data compilation, and registration of species characteristics of new species. Then, turn the new developed species over to the Supervisor Group for patent application and registration.

(2) QC Group |
They are the guardians of the brand image, monitoring the staff of demonstration area and flower quality and examining whether flowers from the members are properly packaged and packed under the Cooperative regulations.
|
(3)Procurement Group |
They are in charge of the items needed by the Cooperative members such as the joint procurement and bargaining of pesticides and W-shaped troughs.

(4)Pest and Disease
Management Group |
1. They are responsible for the assignments of cultivation management, including cultivation methods, fertilization, control of water amount, and the amount of sunlight.
|
2. They have to answer questions related to plant pests and diseases and be
in charge of identifying the causes of plant pests and diseases.
|
(5) Marketing Group |
1. They are responsible for the expansion of overseas markets and the
collection of information of market division and differentiation.
|
2. It is their job to set up brands, market the brands, design the packing and
packaging. After that, they turn over the ensuing job to the
SupervisorGroup for subsequent administration.

(6)Supervisor Group |
1. They are in charge of the jobs of registering new species and trademarks
and new species and packing patent applications. |
2. They have to negotiate and set prices of export flowers, take care of
overseas orders, and discuss with the Production Planning Group.

(7)Training Group |
1. They are to monitor the education and training affairs of the new recruits
|
2. One of their jobs is to give new recruits professional training sessions.
|
3. They are to carry out educational trainings and professional seminars.
|
(8)Production Planning
Group |
They are to total up the farming acreage, flower species, number of flowers, year of planting, total amount of yearly production, species distribution and suggestion to new recruits (to avoid centralization of single species, and work with the Supervisor Group to check the orders for the increase or decrease of planned farming area.

(9)Commanding Group |
1. The commander is Mr. Lin Ching-shan, commanding the group leaders
below him, supervising several group members below them.

2. The commander is in charge of the negotiation and coordination among
the groups.
|
3. The commander is the person in charge of the demonstration area.
