Han's Pizza

The delicious pizza truck at Renwen Park, Douliu serves fresh made to order thin crust pizza baked in wood fired brick oven.  Han’s Pizza truck is one of the first wood fired brick oven truck in Taiwan invented by a Taiwanese and French named Han and Chris.

Han was an engineer and his brother in law was a pizza chef in France.  Chris, Han’s brother in law’s brother, decided to run the business in Yunlin with Han after he saw the design of Han’s pizza truck.

Han’s Pizza is known to be a busy stand.  It is recommended to call and order approximately 30 minutes prior to prevent long wait.

A white board with all the flavours and prices can be seen beside the pizza truck.  Other than calzone, which is only available on the weekdays, other flavours can be purchased upon availability.  The price range is quite reasonable consider the large sizes.  Pizza production is separated into three stages: customers order their pizzas, a staff make the pizzas, then put in the oven for about 15 minutes.  Out of all the flavors, Hawaiian will be my all time favorite!
