When the owner, Mr. Shen Fu-Sheng was young, he determined to learn about baking. He used to be an apprentice of the master, Wu Bao-Tsun. After he got all the skills, he went back home and started his own business. In ten years, he opened four stores. He has fresh bread deliver to each store daily.

Shen said Sanctity meant divine business. His mission is managing bakery business with all his heart. His bakeries offer European and Taiwanese style of bread, and he insists not to use bread dough enhancer and artificial flavors. He uses the kind of dough-raising machines to ensure the quality of bread. The ingredients include some local produce, such as Gukeng coffee, oranges and Beigun peanuts.
