Q2. What kind of environment is suitable for growing high-quality strawberry (Hui-yu)
A2. The high-quality strawberry requires sufficient sunshine and fresh air. Besides, the water used is very important, and should be filtered to ensure no pollution.

Q3. Besides growing strawberry, what other crops do you grow during the fallow period? (Jie-sheng)
A3. Strawberry only grow half a year. After harvest, we can grow summer vegetables, such as sweet corn, cherry tomato, and cucumber. However, like humans, land also needs to take a rest. If we keep planting on the land, it is not good for the growth of strawberry in the next period. We let the land to rest as much as possible. So, we let the grass grow on the land, and plough twice so that the grass turns into organic fertilizer. This is the most valuable gift given by the nature.
