Red on Tree sells different processed fruit in four seasons. There are classic products that are sold all year round and seasonal products as well. Since this research project has lasted an entire year, we are fortunate to taste products of four seasons. Click on Red on Tree’s official website if you are interested. Our results of the past year’s research are as follows:

1) Single fruit jams

This series of jams are made from single kind of fruits and stress the original flavor of that fruit. It has been the classic collection with Red on Tree since the very onset of business. With original fruit flavor in mouth, you’ll find yourself intoxicated with the texture of the jam. It can be spread onto toast or bread, or can be added into black tea. Jams in this collection are all named after their places of origin.

2) Flavored jams

This collection uses single fruit and adds natural spices to increase the flavor. This is indeed a new attempt in the market. Such jams tastes quite surprising to the customers while still maintain the original characteristic of the fruit. Thanks to the chefs at Red on Tree. They use their creativity and experience to create this series. Flavored jams taste best with a slice of bread or toast.

3) Blend jams

Red on Tree had done numerous experiments on this collection by blending two or more kinds of fruit into a jam. This is a huge challenge for chefs as they have to let each fruit shine forth with its unique flavor while harmonizing with other fruit(s). It is said that the recipe of this kind of products is their top secret! Our team members love the rich and balanced flavor of the series very much.

4) Non-jam products

Red on Tree has other non-jam products made from fruits, nuts and eatable flowers. Some might be used to add into hot drinks, jelly or be spreads that accompany bread. They also made in-season fruit ice cream and gummies all year round, so consumers always have a choice in such good flavors.
