Introduction
Cathay Bank Art Museum invited Mr. Tseng to create a wind-powered art for their museum. Inside the museum there is an indoor garden with roof windows which allow breeze to pass by. Mr. Tseng decided to put “birds flying” there. The display, though appearing unbalanced at first sight, maintains its vivid balance all the time by the help from carefully designed mechanical utilities. With twenty-plus birds soaring in the garden, all who comes by experience the pleasure of appreciating art.
