After
interviewing these four aboriginal cuisine
restaurants, we realized that it is no easy thing to
successfully manage a restaurant! Aside from
creating a unique menu and atmosphere, one must pay
attention to the nutritional value and origins of
the dishes, and so enable the customers to learn
about Truku culture as they enjoy the lovely food.
Every restaurant has its own marketing strategies,
for example the far-reaching powers of internet
promotions; some may take advantage of advertizing
through the promotional events of travel agencies
and government agencies in order to ensure a steady
stream of visitors and customers, as well as provide
visitors with the chance to learn about traditional
Truku culture through travel and food. With our
knowledge of the experiences these restaurants have
had to offer, we are one step closer to our
aspiration of making traditional Truku cuisine more
widely known. |
