In 1999, our country entered into a new era of color postage cover. On February 10th the same year, a series of stamps on anthuriums were issued. The post office responsible for it, Puli Post Office, mailed this series to the capital of Costa Rica, the country of origin of anthuriums, and got it back with postmark on the envelop. See Picture 2-9 and Picture 2-10.
