The days of Children Orchestra

There were more than 30 students over there and that frightened me a lot when I first time stepped in the practice room of Children Orchestra. I played the a sonata for test and luckily got everyone's applause. So, I joined Children Orchestra with parent's strong support.

Piano was my favorite and I played it well. So the teacher agreed me to play the piano part in the orchestra. Right after getting the music sheets, I was stunned inside .The music looked so difficult.

There were some kinds of difference between group practice and personal practice. I always didn't know when to begin to play with other and fell behind others a lot. One month later, the teacher suddenly gave us all an examination. Oh, my god! I was so frightened. Fortunately, teacher forgave me this time. Good Luck did not give me another chance on second time, I was scolded badly for being too lazy and I had already got my lesson.

I enjoyed practicing with everyone from then on and was glad that we could go to National Students Music Competition. Because of changing instructor, I dropped out for one year and almost transferred to another school. I ran into Ms. Liu on the road one day and knew that she would take the lead of Children Orchestra again. I decided not to transfer and join Children Orchestra again after discussing with my parents. We made better achievement and created excellent record on National Students Competition of Music.

Until now, I still love music and play the piano. I often go back to see Ms. Liu when I have time. I will play the latest song that I practiced recently for her just like used to be at school.
