SiZhi Village No 11 is not a big community. It is surrounded by fences and still keeps the original looks of an old military dependents' village. Some of houses are repaired and looked still in perfect shape; some of them are not repaired and looked shabby. Even some of houses fell down already. Because the size of this community is not big, it will not meet the economic effect so the Government did not rebuild it into the public housing. On 1999, the government of Taipei City stopped building public housing for meeting the policy of the central government. We have no idea when XiZhi Village No 11 will be rebuilt.
