New LongShen Village is located under XiShuiYuan Speedway in XinDian, and it was built aside of the river banks. This village is far away from the major road system compared with others. This community consists of lots of small houses and some illegal buildings. The allies are usually small, which only one person can walk through the allies each time. Some of those houses were cut and divided into half because of building new streets and roads. This village is in the plan of rebuilding military dependents' villages. The whole community can be divided into several parts. The major part is New LongShen Village , about two hundred families. The others are New ChongDe Village , JianXin Village and ShaoKang Village . All the houses in those villages are more than forty years old. When you see small national flags in front of front doors, you find New LongShen Village .
