    人師教育協會為了輔助偏遠學校資源不足，國際英語視訊教學活動，盼能加強國際觀，進而提升英語教育。
    有意參與視訊教學的老師請先徵求校長與主任的同意，目前人師教育協會，為了提供學生有多元學習的方式，請必須徵求學校校長與主任的意見，之後以電子郵件聯絡林吉祥老師安排視訊時間，並且將課程設計寄給林吉祥老師，並到校輔導視訊活動。
    學校必須要準備：
   (1)單槍投影機(2)投影布幕(3)內建麥克風的廣角攝影機(4)固定廣角攝影機的腳架(5)外接喇叭。

人師教育協會英語視訊推手 Linda Erley 美國
 

    My name is Linda Erley and I live in Broomfield, Colorado in the United States.  I have been involved with the Culture Connect Program as a volunteer in the Taiwanese schools for a couple of years.  I find that this is an extremely valuable program for the Taiwanese students as they learn English.  As the weeks go on, I see a change in the students as they come up to the Skype camera with more self confidence and are able to put together English words into a complete sentence.  They are quick learners and I challenge them with questions in English.  I stay in close touch with the teacher as he will send me the lesson plan for that week.Another important aspect of the program is that the students are learning about new cultures "one on one" and they are teaching me about theirs!  They are in their classroom in Taiwan and I am in my home in Colorado.  This program will definitely have unending positive implications in their growth and as they become adults.  Luke Lin has put many many hours into forming and establishing this very valuable program.  I am very honored and consider it a privilege to be a part of it.  (Linda Erley, the U.S.A.)
 

    我的名字是Linda Erley，我住在美國科羅拉多州的布魯姆菲爾德。我參與人師教育協會的計畫，作為台灣學校的志工有幾年了。我覺得對台灣學生學習英文而言，這是一項非常有價值的計畫。幾週過去後，我看見學生的改變，當他們來到Skype視訊的鏡頭前，有著更多的自信和能夠用英語說出完整的句子。他們學得很快，我用英語問題給他們語言學習上的挑戰。我持續和老師保持密切的聯繫，因為他會寄當週的教學計畫給我。這項計畫的另一個重要層面是 學生和我一對一的學習新文化的學習新文化，而他們也會教我他們的文化。他們在台灣的教室裡，而我在科羅拉多州的家裡。這個計畫肯定會在他們的成長過程，還有他們變成大人時，有無止盡的正向意涵。Luke花費了很多時間在組成和建立這個非常有意義的計畫。我感到非常榮幸，並且覺得能夠身為成員之一是一項殊榮。

    The students in Taiwan are benefiting greatly through the Skype sessions with native English speakers. As a volunteer from Wisconsin (United States) I witness their growth in English ability weekly throughout the school year. All as important, is the change in their confidence levels as they interact with me through time. The language and cultural exchanges have benefited me as well.     臺灣的學生透過視訊課程和英語母語人士對話受益非常多。身為美國威斯康辛州的一個志工，每週的視訊，一學年下來，我見證他們在英語能力的成長。同樣重要的是，他們經過一段時間與我互動之後，他們的自信有所改變。語言和文化的交流也使我受益。對於所有的參與者，這是一個雙贏的局面。Luke老師的工作成效不言自明。我以身為Luke的人師教育協會的一員為榮。

    Two years ago, I was looking for a way of volunteering which was convenient and would make use of my skills. So I was looking on the Internet for opportunities to teach English to children or adults abroad, when I came across Luke Lin and My Culture Connect. Luke introduced me to Jhonghe Elementary School in Changhua, and I’ve been involved with so many things over the last couple of years. We do the Skype sessions, which happen once a week on a Friday. The children give up their break time, and the teachers as well, and I meet them over the Internet.

    Luke Lin is a dedicated individual with inspiring vision, who recognises the power of language and culture to unite people from different countries across the globe. He is a good man who works hard for a good cause, and his tireless enthusiasm has captured the imagination and support of many people: two years on, I am still very proud to include myself amongst those people.     兩年以前，我在尋找一種方便又可以發揮我專長的義工服務方法。所以，我在網路上尋找國外教小孩或成人英文的機會，我偶然看到Luke與人師教育協會。他為我介紹彰化縣的中和國小。在過去的兩年，我參與了許多的活動。我們做視訊課程，這個課程在每個星期五進行一次。學生和老師犧牲下課時間，而我透過網路與他們會面。
    Luke是一位致力奉獻的人，他有著鼓舞人心的願景，他了解語言和文化的力量能夠結合世界各地不同國家的人。他是一個好人，他為了好的理想目標努力工作。他堅韌的熱情，已獲得許多人的認同與支持。兩年了，我仍然以身為這個團隊為榮。
