At the beginning when I first took part in international Cyberfair, I felt both delight and nervous. In order to make websites, we often go to Niaosong Wetland Park to collect material, do questionnaire survey and participate in the in-the-field. Although it’s hard, the results are well in the end. In the process I’ve learned a lot and realized the importance of labor division. Thanks so much to the teachers’ guiding, giving me valuable experience. The experience of becoming a volunteer in Niaosong Wetland Park makes me understand that it isn’t a simple matter to maintain natural ecology. Thus, it is everyone’s job to treasure nature.

At the third grade in vocational I am happy to join international, our topic is “Niaosong Wetland Park,” at this contest I learned not only techniques of web production but also recording voice files. This project offers me an opportunity to understand the mysteries of nature. Though during the process we have to collect the information we need, and sometimes we have to stay after school in order to show the best side. Seeing website from zero to completion I have incomparable sense of accomplishment I also understand that teamwork is so importance that we know how to cooperate with others better. Thanks to the instructors’ patient teachings, always handy during doing the project. Doing International Fair website make my memories add a lot of color in High school life.

When first joining international Cyberfair project, I originally though that it was only about collecting material. But I soon found that it was not that simple. The page of content was done by every one of us, spending lots of time collecting all relevant materials and sorting them out. We’ve learned much from the seniors and teachers, at the same time we have help from many people. During doing the project we’ve learned much more than we thought we could. I’m happy to complete this project and appreciated to have the opportunity to attend international Cyberfair competition.

I am very happy that at my last year in school I can have this opportunity to join this international Network Cyberfair. Our topic is to make websites of Niaosong Wetland Park. At the beginning we only have little and scattered data, but now we have a website rich in necessary information, which is everyone’s hard work. I am in charge of recording plant sounds and organizing text data. During the process of recording plant sounds, I learn not only what a theme website is but also the procedures of how to set up voice recording system. Seeing the whole project starting from zero to completing the website, a sense of achievement wells up.

In the process of doing 2016 Cyberfair project, I’ve learned a lot of knowledge and which cannot acquire in classroom settings, such as recordings, recording edition, and web page design. I’ve learned how to control the speed of my narrations and how to adjust the intonation. But it was a hard work. We not only had to tackle with our body disorders but also some sudden happenings which needed our close attention. But after completing all the problems and tests, the sense of achievement is beyond words. What’s more, taking part in the project upgrades my interest in web page design. More valuable is that comradeship among the team members is strengthened through doing the project.

I still remember when I joined the team in my first year, when I was totally unfamiliar with the whole project. Now I am a section leader of the team. Through teamwork and labor division, we gradually became much more skillful. What made me most grateful was that the patient instructions from the instructors and the cooperation of the team members. Because of their insistence and endurance, we have completed the project and waiting for the harvest. Sticking closely together is the most unforgettable. What I’ve learned and undergone is beyond words.

I have joined the International Cyberfair for two years. I still remembered that I knew nothing in the beginning, but I learned step by step. Now I am competent to carry out the jobs assigned to me.Attending the International Cyberfair makes me full of tension because the seniors are already on the third grade. As a result, the burden of taking the charge of the project falls on us, the second graders. Although these days I have been under lots of pressure, undeniably the process makes me learn what I didn’t know before. The more I understand the techniques and skills about website design, the more interested I am in doing it. Now I am glad that I joined this special project; otherwise, I don’t have the chance to know the depth of the related knowledge. In that case, I can’t make progress in my ability of website design.

In the beginning, I didn’t even think about that I would join the International Cyberfair.  However, it was a good chance to accumulate experience, so I became one of them at Mr. Cheng’s suggestion. First, I did the work of recording with the teacher and classmates’ help, but it didn’t go so well as I thought. After several attempts, I could do it skillfully. And then, though I was not good at setting up the website, I have gradually progressed in doing it due to the teacher’s guidance. The cooperation of my juniors made the scheduled progress go faster and also lightened the workload of everyone.

Name:Wang, Chun-Yao

Mr. Cheng asked me whether I was interested in doing the Cyberfair projects with some of my seniors the second week when I became a student at KSVCS, also telling me that it was a great opportunity to let me experience in advance how to do a project. Because of lack of previous ex[erience, I spent a whole day considering the possibility. But under his urge, I took the offer, giving myself a try of it. In the very beginning, I just helped with the translation of some of the topics. But then I was asked to use some software apps, which I knew little about. Nevertheless, under the patient instructions from both the instructors and the seniors, I learned how to do some revisions and editions with several professional software. In the process of doing the project, we visited Nisosong Wetland Park for several times, arranging the QR-Code explanatory signs there. Moreover, we acted as volunteers in the activities held by Kaohsiung Wild Bird Society, explaining how to make use of the QR-Code explanatory signs to connect to the Internet, encouraging them to acquire necessary ecological information this way. I have some relevant knowledge on how to do PBL learning and apply professional software to my purpose through doing the Cyberfair project. Furthermore, I also perceive the importance of teamwork and the efficiency of labor division.

Right after I entered KSVCS, Mr. Cheng offered me a great opportunity to learn how to do a project, let me understand in advance what a project is how to do it. Initially, I was totally in the dark. For example, I knew nothing about Dreamweaver. But both Mr. Cheng and the seniors were patient enough to lead me on. At last, I could use it skillfully to revise the web pages. We went Niaosong Wetland Park for many times, pasting the QR-Code bars on the right bird, tree, or insect, so that the Park visitors could have a better knowledge about what they were looking at. We also became volunteers in the activities given by Kaohsiung Wild Bird Society, instructing the public how to scan QR-Code, which in turn gave us more. After the activities, we gathered up the garbage and classified tehm, which impressed the staff from Kaohsiung Wild Bird Society a lot. This past months I’ve learned many precious experiences, thanks to the aides and instructions from both the instructors and seniors. Hopefully, when I am a senior, I can become as excellent and help my juniors as they did. This is really an unforgettable experience, which is sure to make me smile widely in my grown-up days, the joy and the thrill of doing the Cyberfair 2016 project witih the instructors and my seniors.
