The classes contain ghost chili, red killer chili, chocolate chili ...... etc. They are all made into a variety of flavors of chili sauce. They are popular for consumers and become a well-known special local product in Pingtung.

Nansin Villa was originally a motel, builted in 1999. The owner Mr. Dai because of once time chatted with the hotel customers. He finding they had no special gift here can buy. He think it is so pity. So he rise a idea to make the production of chili sauce as the special local product. Therefore, he establishing the farm in the foothills east of Fang-Liao in 1999.
Nansin farm’s pepper cultivated beside to the Gim-Sua-Yn ancient road. Because of the time, we were unable to visit the pepper fields, but we still visited special varieties pepper field and another field in back of the Villa. The farmer takes pepper tree as potted inside the Villa.
The pepper tree planted in the Villa formed
a special view. Even more surprising us was that the farmer lead us out of the
car parking from the Villa door. It was a whole slice of green pepper garden
jump to our eyes. Watching pepper trees fluttered, and I could not help to think
what a imagine when pepper ripe. Everywhere is the red pepper sea. It is how
beautiful the landscape!
