CHENG-YEH::We are charge for Mushroom Chicken Soup, Steam Egg In Tea Cup, Rice Cooked With Segestid Shrimp and White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup. Mushrooms in the soup were steamed for a long time and it had a sweet smell. With juicy chickens,the soup is too oil. With kinds of ingredients in the Steam Egg ,eggs taste so smooth and gender.Match with other delicious ingredients,it’s do excellent. Then,the Rice Cooked With Segestid Shrimp, I failed and rice was burned,but it still taste so special. Finally,it was dessert time.I added too much fungus in the White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup so that soup was dried |

BO-LIN: I spent all morning cooking these dishes,and I feel exhausted when I finished. Doing the Mushroom Chicken Soup needs a lot of time,and I feel so happy in the process. Then I tasted the Rice Cooked With Segestid Shrimp,it was a little burned but delicious,and the Steam Egg In Tea Cup tasted so silky. |

HSING-MIN:We cooked by using groceries this time,and we cooked the Mushroom Chicken Soup, Steam Egg In Tea Cup, Rice Cooked With Segestid Shrimp and White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup. Even we did not very well,but it still could eat. The Rice Cooked With Segestid Shrimp was burned because we didn’t flip rice. From this experience,I found cooking wasn’t easy,and I would notice the correct steps nect time.Chickens in the soup were so juicy,but the soup was too oil. The Steam Egg In Tea Cup tasted so soft and melty,fish patties were chewing.The White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup was so sticky,but fungus were chewing. |

YU-HSIANG:I was charge of the Mushroom Chicken Soup,and I found many things is not easy,like clean chickens, blanch chickens and chop gingers.A lot of steps sounded easy but doing is difficult. When I started to taste dishes,the Rice Cooked With Segestid Shrimp was burned,the Mushroom Chicken Soup was too oil ,the Steam Egg In Tea Cup was smooth,and the White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup was a little dry. The most delicious dishes was the Steam Egg In Tea Cup. |

YUN-CHI::For matching with the groceries subject,we cook festive dishes for Chinese New Year festivel. There are Mushroom Chicken Soup, Steam Egg In Tea Cup, Rice Cooked With Segestid Shrimp and White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup. Rice Cooked With Segestid Shrimp was a little burned,but the rice was moderate. White Fungus in the soup was very soft and soup was a little sweet ,but the fungus was too much so that soup was dry. Steam Egg In Tea Cup was the best dishes,and eggs were soft and silky.. |

YUAN-FANG:We cooked dishes, Mushroom Chicken Soup, Steam Egg In Tea Cup, Rice Cooked With Segestid Shrimp and White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup.Because the fire were too big so that Rice Cooked With Segestid Shrimp was a little burned. Mushroom Chicken Soup was too oil,and we could taste the smell of chicken in the soup. Steam Egg In Tea Cup was good,and it was filled with kinds of ingredients and eggs were so soft. Finally,it’s the dessert “White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup”,it tasted so delicious but soup is not enough and fungus were too much. From this experience,I know cooking was a hard thing. WONG-NING: We cooked dishes, Mushroom Chicken Soup, Steam Egg In Tea Cup, Rice Cooked With Segestid Shrimp and White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup this time. The most delicious dish is Mushroom Chicken Soup, and it made me drool.We didn’t flip and fry rice so that was burned. Steam Egg In Tea Cup were soft. There were too much fungus in the White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup so that it was dry. |
