The Publishers

  


Cacao

We are an independent Taiwanese publisher. We work hard to create emotional and moving works.

Tianpei Culture

Hope that 'light literature' can attract new readers and close the gap between readers and books. Use visual effect to attract readers and are actively committed to publishing works in Europe and America.

Mu Fone Books

Mainly publish non-fiction books such as skills enhancing and practical books.

Chuan Art

Using the concept of a boat, the publisher hopes that writers will get on board and share their work. They use the five human senses as a source of inspiration, and collect works from around the world in various fields as well as creative stories.

Before heading to the book launch, we first try to learn a little about the publishers. We hoped that we would get to them know even better at the event.

The main host, You Rendao , gave everyone a brief introduction and set out the book launch rules. He then introduced the publishers.

The four publishers took turns to themselves and their latest book releases. From that we learned that the publisher's books are all very different.

After the launch, the readers and publishers held a Q&A session. This discussion let the people get to know the publishers book philosophy.

I learned from the chief editor of Cacao's report that the magazine gone international, introducing different country's culture and style. Also I really want to read a book called, Le Jardinier de Monsieur Chaos, because the title really draws me.

This book launch was composed of 4 publishers, Cacao, Chuan Art, Mu Fone Books and Tianpei Culture. The publishers introduced a number of books of which the one that left the biggest impression on me was Le Jardinier de Monsieur Chaos because it sounded lively and interesting.
