The
characteristic of meals in Bravo:
Blending
Taiwan’s local taste into the
pasta
1.
Sauce
There is less sauce in
traditional pasta meals. In
Taiwan, we usually leave a lot
of sauce in the tray when we
have finished the meal.
Sometimes we can scoop up that
sauce by our spoons.
2.
Noodle
Traditional noodles of pasta
tastes dry, like Hong Kong-style
fried noodles, but many people
couldn’t get used to it. It was
subsequently improved to
flexible taste that Taiwanese
people love better.
