During the entire research activity, the most interesting thing for us was to savour the string noodles. At sight of so many types of string noodles, we always want to have a taste. In the tasting activity, the teacher took us to try this food raw, cooked it for us, and savoured the flavoury Mucha string noodles of several luncheonettes, in the hope that we will not forget patronize the string noodles luncheonettes of our hometown after we have known the details about the string noodles workshops.
