(3)Tone Tester:

Using with a set of organ, one hand plays with the keyboard; the other hand put the Reed on the iron base of the hole. Then stepping on the pedal, it will supply the winds to organ and reed.Finally, you have to use your ears to tell from whether they are different or not in order to adjust the tone step by step. |

With having the tone tester box, QC controller is able to use this as a tool to adjust the tones.First step is to turn the tone to be the correct one; second is to use the electrical winds supplied to make the reeds to give off sounds.With the contrast, they can easily to see the discrepancies from the indicator to decide to enlarge or fix it. |
