(Conduct good work, conduct good manner and keep words to reach greatness; have blessings, have fortune and have long lives to fulfill the city)

God grants me my wise mind, quick hands and tolerant feet. Walk straightforward and devote my youth to a greater cause.
Footprints show where one has been. Mrs. Qiu’s efforts and contribution to Changhua Raoping Hakka revival are truly impressive. With her strong enthusiasm and persistence, she learned the language on her own and initiated the task of reviving Raoping Hakka. It only took her two years to have such achievements! Her influences reach every corner of the schools and communities. She has taught a wide range of students---from kids, teenagers, the middle aged, to the senior. Her teaching materials include textbooks and online resources. It is never too much to call her Chuanghua Raoping Hakka Godmother.
My daughter and I went to Mrs. Qiu’s Raoping Hakka Family Class before and not until then did we know that we are also Raoping Hakka. Both of us are very interested in learning Hakka and the history of Chuanghua County Hakka. Mrs. Qiu is also an excellent senior Taiwanese language teacher, as well as a famous cultural worker. Her recent success in reviving Chuanghua Raoping Hakka is indeed respectable and amazing. She also guided the corps to learn and study Raoping Hakka as well as the ancestors’ wisdom. What’s more, they also learned to appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of Hakka history in Changhua County. Mrs. Qiu actively leads students to do cultural exchange with those Raoping Hakkas in other cities, trying to let everyone hear the voice of Raoping Hakka. Besides, she also encourages students to take Hakka language tests. We respect Mrs. Qiu and her hard work very much.
