Q1: What’s the motivation you found the troupe?

A1: The aboriginal songs and dances were all in chaos initially, the “chaos” means  the confusion and misunderstanding of the ordinary Taiwanese people who did not actually understand the aboriginal songs & dances. So we tried to offer the training and drama performance for those who feel confused, that is why we built-up! To coordinate the tribes and train the young people is also our purpose, now we have members from 6 tribes.

Q2: What is the solution when you face the obstacle?

A2: An aboriginal group, especially the performance troupe often faces the surviving problem, besides training of dance we needed to manage to team and do some marketing, the shortage of expense made some members quit for earning, for feeding their family. To afford the human resource become a big problem, so we organize supporters committee to persuade the sponsors, with the grateful donations we carried on the tour plan to perform from South to North, from East to West of Taiwan to obtain the reputation gradually.

　　So far, the most unique is, we follow the original tradition of song and dance, compare to those dazzle song & dance nowadays, our body language are totally different and we keep preserving that.

Q3: What were the problems else? How did you solve them?

A3: The committee helped us to settle the organization, divided the positions for dancers and management persons but the unsteady income still made us feel insecure for period of time, all we have to do is to face and hit it year by year.

Q4: How did you assemble the members?

A4: Through the introduction of church and tribal elders or to recruit the young people who really like to show the song and dance in the theater but jobless.
