The Nervous Interviews on the Street
When we studied the project, the most exciting thing was to interview on the street. In the beginning, we were too nervous to interview the citizens on the street. After two hours, we finished the interview work. Some students finished the eleven pieces of the questionnaire, and the other did only four pieces. It was a little hard to take the questionnaire on the street, but we finished finally. We felt self-fulfill since it was the first time we had the interview on the street.(Yi Zhen)

Styrofoam Mochi
We saw the cooperation factory was taking Styrofoam in Jiuzong Recycling Center. Before that, they used the machine to melt Styrofoam to shrink the volume, and put them into water to lower the temperature. It was interesting, but the smell was disgusting. (Qi Ying)

Two Key Points
We were so glad to interview Minister Chen Shi Hong, the prince of trash bags. He was humor and kind. In the interview, we knew the policy of “City-approved Trash bags” was to follow the example of Korea, and we did it better. Minister Chen said if the citizens could keep two points, the city would be very clean. One was “to put the things neat and tidy”, the other was “never to throw garbage on the ground”.
?We had learned a lot from the trip to interview Minister Chen. He received us in a gorgeous garden on the roof of his office building. We not only ate the delicious fruits but also accepted a bag of gifts. We really appreciated Minister Chen’s kindness. (Yi Fan)

We wrote a letter to express our appreciation and asked a personal photo. We were so glad to receive the returned letter from Miss Ross soon. We translated the letter into Chinese and posted it on the bulletin. It reinforced our motive power to make the further study.(Shan Chun)
