After being the president of Council, what did you
 do for the Farmers?Association?
In order to compete with the banks, whole staffs paid most attention since July of 2003 to have oral trainings. We divide the 90 employees into 7 teams and take turn to present. You can find someone has the contrary opinions; someone is nervous to go to toilet. After these training, each staff is easy to face client at professional attitude without nervous.

Second is to suggest having the spare supervisors in order to keep the professional employees as assets without any gap during taking over. So we create the vice leader and team leader system; each section owns its salesmen who are familiar with their business field. Whenever there is any space available, they are able to take over to do. Moreover is that the conditions we hired employees are not based on the working years in the Farmers? Association but rely on their capability as judgment.
