ˇ@ˇ@ The National Palace Museum is a place where there are kept examples of ancient Chinese culture and historical relics of to Tang, Sung, Yuan, Ming, and Ching Dynasties. Painting, calligraphy, tapestry and embroidery, rare books, documents, bronzes, ceramics, jades, and others have been collected in the National Palace Museum. All are valuable and precious.
ˇ@ ˇ@Save exhibitions, either Chinese or foreign literature and art activities will be held in the National Palace Museum on occasion. A boat-engraved on an olive seed, one of Mr. Chen Forng-Shean's creations is preserved in National Place Museum. As many people have expressed, Mr. Chen Forng-Shean is a brilliant artist in Taiwan.

ˇ@ˇ@ Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall was constructed to commemorate the Father of the Republic of China, Dr. Sun Yat-sen. The hall should serve as a place for cultural, artistic, educational, academic, and recreational purposes.
ˇ@ˇ@Literature, art, and performances are to be hold at Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall for promoting social education, Chinese culture, and the integrating of Dr. Sun's beliefs with more of contemporary Chinese culture.
ˇ@ˇ@Mr. Chen Forng-Shean's miniature book, 300 Tang Dynasty Verses, and Will of Dr. Sun Yat-sen is in the exhibition hall. Mr. Chen shows his respect to Dr. Sun Yat-sen for the promotion of Dr. Sun's philosophical-universal love by his art.

ˇ@ˇ@ The In response to the ˇ§one town, one libraryˇ¨ policy of the government, to carry out basic cultural development, and to enhance the quality of people's lives, Xin-Dian City Public Library was inaugurated on October 23, 1987.
ˇ@ˇ@Culture Building of Xin-Dian City Public Library includes art exhibition rooms, a children's library, a study room, and a comprehensive library. In order to encourage potential artists to engage in creating and to enhance XinDian's art and culture, there are many works of art displayed in the exhibition rooms,
ˇ@ˇ@In 2005, Mr. Chen Forng-Shean displayed his --Beauty on Ribbon Flower-- miniature creation, and in 2006, he displayed yet another, --Tiny Snails-- in the exhibition room. This proves that Mr. Chen Forng-Shean is popular in Xin-Dian City.

ˇ@ˇ@ The Xin-Dian City Museum of Literary Art and History was founded on February 25, 1998. The Research Institute has organized the XinDian Culture and History Show and the Liu-Gong Ditch Reclamation History Show respectively.
ˇ@ˇ@With the beginning of the MRTmany visitors came to XinDian. Zeng, Zheng-Ho, the city's former mayor, considered the importance of preserving the local culture and history and proposed to reorganize the research institute. With great support of local citizens by offering art and cultural works for exhibition, the research institute was officially inaugurated on January 28, 2004.

ˇ@ˇ@Most of the literature and relics collected by the Xin-Dian City Museum of Literary Art and History belong to the Ching, and Japanese Occupation Eras, the regaining possession of Taiwan, and the antifacts used by the people, Mr. Chen Forng-Shean was one of those citizens. Officials hope that every citizen will visit and discover the beauty of Xin-Dian's culture. |
