According
to the regulation of The National Revolutionary Martyrs Shrine
Management Section, Reserve Command, a soldier who died in
his line of duty with the following deeds can be enshrined
in Martyrs' Shrine.
1. Those who died with bravery for the sake of victory during
wartime.
2. Those who died at their post for fulfilling their duty.
3. Those who died on executing special high-risk missions,
awarded with official praise from the President.
There are more than 390,000 martyrs enshrined in National
Revolutionary Martyrs' Shrine. It is impossible for us to
introduce them all. Therefore, we take the twelve martyrs'
statue standing on both sides of the cloister inside the main
hall as examples to introduce their heroic deeds to you.
