String Beans By Fang Wuren
String beans is called “Ming” beans in Taiwanese dialect, were originally called “green beans”. They grow in warm environments with the temperature ranging from 15~25 °C and are not cold-resistant. They are abundant in iron. Thus they have blood-building effects. Kidney beans are a major vegetable of summer in Taiwan.
