The Yau Xin Building in the Lu-Kang Folk Arts was built in the 1989. It was built to commemorate the father of Mr.Gu. The horizontal inscribed board in the building was the only authentic work calligraphy. The Vice Chairman of the Museum, Shi Yu Shen, said that the Yau Xin Building in the Lu-Kang Folk Arts was built to be the offices of the staff members. The name Yau Xin was named by Mr.Gu in that it was his father’s assumed name. The horizontal inscribed board was the done by the Shi Zeng Yang who was one of the famous folk arts in the domain of sculpture. Every year the family members of the Gu family would come to hometown Lu-Kang for tomb sweeping to offer a sacrifice to their ancestors. There were many bedrooms on the second floor for resting. The Yau Xin Building in the Lu-Kang Folk Arts was built to be the offices of the staff members, therefore, we could just showed the house with pictures. |
