In order to realize the feeling of the tourists, with directing teachers’ help, we decided to make a questionnaire research to the tourists in the Lu-Kang Folk Art Museum. With the limitations the budge, the time and the human source, we decided to deliver 120 questionnaires. The time was from Dec. 28, 2003 to Jan. 3, 2004 and the duration of the research was about one week. The samples were those tourists who visited the museum resulting in that there were 102 questionnaires were effective, about 85% were effective.

The main groups of the tourists were introduced by the relatives and friends. Therefore, the reputation of the museum would be very important.By the Internet was only 21.6% and it was too low. We would take good use of the research to promote the tourists to go to the Lu-Kang Folk Arts Museum by by the internet.

From the investigations and analysis above, we could see that main group of the tourists were during the age of 20~40 years old. Secondly, they came to the museum mainly for seeing the historical relics and dating or outdoor teaching and research. |
(4)Experiences
The whole experience of the tourists of the Lu-Kang Folk Arts Museum was obvious in the result of the questionnaire. The sensitive experience was higher, but the relative experience was lower.Among all the items of experience, the items of『to see the building and the historical relics and take some pictures』,『historical relics are attractive to me』,『coming to the museum could relax me』,『I was moved.』 were higher, however, in the items of 『helpful to the preservation of the relics』,『willing to realize』were lower.
As for the aspect of the activity design, various activities could be designed to catch different generations of the tourists and more elements of experience could be added into the activities in order to supply the tourists the real sense of participation. Besides, the museum could also improve the needs of the tourists of middle and the old generation. The relics and the buildings of the museum could be designed as the background to let the elder and the middle age people left unforgivable memory. Moreover, we could also promote the museum by sharing the pictures with the friends. Besides, little commemorates of the relics and the structures of the museum in order to increase the willing of visiting the museum.
(5)The willing of the tourists to visit the museum again, and the consciousness valuable.
From the analysis, after visiting the museum, the average of the percentage of visiting the museum was high to average for 4.16 which shows the strong willing for the tourists to visit the museum again.
In the aspect of consciousness, 『time to spend』,『energy and spirit to spend』were higher ,but the 『the tickets』 was lower, anyway, they were still on the average of 3.98, which showed higher reflection to this aspect. On the other hand, for the sake of the spending on the tickets, some of the tourists choose not to visit the museum. Therefore, if the museum could decrease the price of the ticket, then, maybe, the willing of the tourists to visit the museum would get higher. |
