An orchestra with Substantial Quality

　　Ping He children orchestra has been founded for ten years. It's a club filled with arts and humanity, and is one of the most admired and credited school team when I was a principal. A team's establishment requires long-term plan, organization and process. Thanks to Ms Chia-Yu Lin's passionate effort in leading the big but rough orchestra. This is not an easy job. To form a children orchestra, we need the leaders' charisma, the school administration's cooperation and parents' support. And of course, we need a group of unremitting musicians. The team's effort in catching the dream admired me.

　　Though retired, I care about the children orchestra. The better the children orchestra grows, the happier I am. Besides giving my congratulation to the children orchestra, I also hope that the children orchestra could prosper based on the previous base. Best wishes to all the hard-working gardeners who sow, water and fertilize the music garden.
