Thanks to the report of the Liberty Times in mid-November 2013, our action aroused public discussion and concern.Accordingly, Dr. Ho Xinjia, a professor at National Taichung University of Science and Technology and an environmental expert, connected us. Luckily, the subject he taught is related to our topic. He hopes his expertise could give us a more substantial assistance. Therefore, we decided to meet him on December 5.

In this meeting, Professor Ho suggested that we could pave the road with the darker asphalt in order to avoid getting a dirty road. He also mentioned that we cannot pave near the vendors or else the oil stains on the asphalt road would cause the road difficult to clean up and ugly as well.

Moreover, he proposed that we can make a flow chart on our page online to make the public know us and our idea more easily.

Professor Ho also promised to help us distribute petitions and questionnaires to Taichung University of Science and Technology and suggested that we could introduce our activity to more people during the joint meeting organized by his school and other five universities (including National Taichung University of Science and Technology, National Taiwan Sport University, National Taichung University of Education, private Chinese Medical University, National Chin-Yi University of Technology).

Professor Ho shared not only his views on our issues but also methods of how to put the environmental issues into curriculums. He also talked about some of his experiences in cooperating with other local environmental organizations. At the end of the meeting, Professor Ho and we reached an appointment of arranging meetings regularly in the future time so that we can exchange opinions.
