On early September 2013, the members of the Consulting Committee of Taichung Municipal City for Youth transferred their idea that they are also interested in improving the Yi-Zhong This good news makes us very excited

Since they are usually very busy, and the dates of the scheduled meetings were canceled on account of a typhoon. The meeting, however, was finally held in September 28. After we finished the presentation of the plans, they took turn giving comments on this activity and share some of their former experiences with us.Some of them even mentioned that our goal can be reached quickly with the assistance of media, and City Government. Some people suggested that we can release questionnaires to the students who study at Yi-Zhong high school in order to understand their suggestions and opinion. Therefore, we concluded that the questionnaires can be distributed by the support from the Student Association of Yi-Zhong high school.

This meeting was a great learning experience for us. We realized that we need more thoughts and discussion to complete a task. Additionally, we gained a lot of experiences from their previous activities.

Procedures：
Firstly, we explained our plans and survey results. After they fully understood our proposed project, they gave us replies and advice.
They also declared that they will propose a plan regarding our information and comments at the Children and Youth Welfare conference in December.

Future strategies:：

• Student Association of Yi-Zhong promised to distribute 800 questionnaires to Yi-Zhong students by using sample survey
• Plan to open a press conference. Our team will collate information including questionnaires chart and graph, petition, press releases, and Professor’s endorsements, etc.
• Try to win the support of schools near Yi-Zhong district and ask for their advice and opinions.

In the future, they hope to invite us to attend the conference of Children and Youth Committee in December and even explain our project to various departments and the deputy mayor.
