On Novenmber, 2013, with the help of the Yi-Zhong student association we handed 800 questionnaires. After a few months, we receive 481 copies of questionnaires in January next year. After finishing, we have got 481 effective questionnaires and 41copies of invalid questionnaires. The response rate of the questionnaire is 55%. According to this questionnaire, it showed that up to 80 percent of the public believe that it is not a pleasant experience to stroll in the Yi Chung shopping district, 79% of people are willing to support the promotion of pedestrian lanes or the implementation of the street closure period.
