This questionnaire was released through the assistence of the students union of Taichung First senior high school. They started in early August 2013. Totally 150 copies were distributed, among which102 were collected, including 100 valid questionnaires , 2 invalid. The Overall response rate is 66.67%

The results of this questionnaire survey shows that more than half of the shops feel comfortable in the business district, which differs from the public survey. In addition, it may be due to fear of the new change influencing their present business. Moreover, less than half are for blocking the street.
