In August 2013, we visited Yi Zhong district and conducted a physical survey. We totally distributed 400 questionnaires. In mid-November we received 355 copies of the questionnaire in return.
After a screening, we got 353 valid questionnaires, 2 invalid questionnaires. The overall response rate was 88.25%.
According to the results of this questionnaire, there are up to 74 percent of the public who agreed with us to promote the implementation of blocking the roads or setting pedestrian lanes. As for the reasons why they feel uncomfortable with the area is that vehicles use the same space as the pedestrians, which account for 47%
