The dynamic railway model of Mr. Yang
You must come to Chia-Yu Boutique if you are on Yongxing Street in Changhua! It is the store of Mr. Yang’s which sells railway models. At the shop, you can see a dynamic railway model in 2 meters of width and 4 meters of height which can allow five trains crossing at the same time. Mr. Yang recalled that he went to see trains every day in his childhood for living near the train station. That is the reason why he loves trains so much. Also, he fought for the preservation of CRH, Jiji Railway Line and Old Mountain Railway Culture because of his passion for railway. Afterwards, he decided to open this railway model store for fulfilling his interests in Hsiao-Si special area.
The train models that Mr. Yang has are more than fifty types. The dynamic railway model at the store is a 1/150 reduced scale representation of CRH and took a year and a half to make and cost over seven hundred thousand dollars. This model includes tracks, a rockery, the river, tunnels, bridges, switch yard and the terminal station. At the interview, he talked about his various railway models in detail that made us very impressed.
Some words from Cool-Bow
We visited the railway model boutique of Mr. Yang’s today. We saw many remarkable train models and the model of the Roundhouse. Mr. Yang told us the reason he managed this shop was for his interests which sounds very great!
We interviewed the railway fan, Mr. Yang, in his railway model boutique. There is a railway model worthy seven hundred thousand dollars and every train on that dynamic model would move according to the setting time. I could not take my eyes from such an interesting and marvelous model. Mr. Yang introduced his models in detail which indeed made him a real railway fan!
Today we went to interview Mr. Yang at the railway model boutique. All the models looked deceptively real, and the surrounding of the model station placed buildings, meadows, people, cars and trunks, which seems exactly the reduced scale representation of Changhua Station!
The trains, the vivid platforms, and the locomotives models lingered in my mind all the time. This is a railway model boutique we visited but a place of neglect for its location. Mr. Yang, the manager, is not only an interviewee but also our alumnus! His passion and persistence for the trains really make us respect him a lot.
