　　The PMECO establised the Restoration Area for Xylotrupes dichotomus in Cingshueiyan and planted the Fraxinus griffithii to attract Xylotrupes dichotomus. The amount of Xylotrupes dichotomus increases recent years and it also attracts illegal capture of Xylotrupes dichotomus for sale.

　　Moreover, elementary school students like to raise Xylotrupes dichotomus and beetles, therefore, businessmen catch those beetle to make money by using flashlight. An insect-lover, the forth-grader, Chiu,Wei-Cheng, made up his mind to protect those beetles and appealed to the legisilator for help.

　　The appeal from the forth-grader, Chiu,Wei-Cheng got emphasis and the local government changed the light bulbs and proposed to make laws to protect those insects.
