¡@¡@I had been studying literature and rite since my childhood and reading lots of books, especially in history and most interested at martial arts. I was already proficient at literature and martial and won the first place in provincial talent examination.
¡@¡@In year 669, Chuan and Chao provinces were devastated by barbarians. My father was instructed by the Dynasty to fight against the rebellion troops.?As my father died in AD 677, I continued my father's mission and usually won triumph against the rebellion troops.
¡@¡@As Chuan and Chao were raged by villains and gangsters and robbers, I requested the Emperor to establish Chang Province to control Nin-Nan district with the emperor¡¦s approval and appointing me as the first provincial governor. My benevolent administration contributed to abundant production and population increase and my fame was well-known and Chang Province was thus called land of benevolence. In year 711, rebellion troops attacked Chang province for attempting to rob fortunes . I led soldiers to fight against rebellion troops but died of injury. A temple was built in AD 712 in memory of my contribution and achievement. I had been admitted many titles in the following dynasties, such as Lord Yin-Chuan, Lord Kuang-Chi, Lord Chung-Ying, Lord Kai-Chang, Lord Ling-Zhe and Lord Chao-Lieh.
¡@¡@After Chen, Yuan-Kuang¡¦s passing, his son was appointed as provincial governor and his grandson was appointed as Marshal guarding Chang province and second grandson was appointed as Commander-in-Chief to guard Chang with Chang provincial governor. There were 5 excellent elites in 4 generations of his family contributing significantly to Chang province and creating respectful fame in the history records.
