LuJou Farmers and I----the mood stayed outside homeland

In the beginning of 1974, whole of my family move to Banciao and said goodbye to my homeland of GunGliau.  With the introduction from my past supervisors, I got a chance to work for LuJou Farmers' Association and the working time was nearly 30 years, which was longer than any place I lived before.  So LuJou has been my homeland; Farmers' Association has been my "cradle" and the best "harbor of refuge".
Back to the earlier stage, LuJou focused on Farmers' Association; and the folkways were simple-minded.   There were only 14 employees; I were assigned to take care of the production and marketing department to serve the various business from government and the production/marketing of self-operated grains.  All of these were exchanged by grains; main of them were interchange and pay businesses.

The fertilizers distributed quantity was up to 1000 tones each year; so the handing charge from government is right the milled rice.  The usage rate of Fertilizers was in high volume; so the income from self-operated was great which was right the main revenues for Farmers' Association.

At that time, LuJou was flood all the time; farmers had hard time on living without extra money to deposit.  So there was only " 400 million"dollars in deposit; even the businesses from Credit Department are hard to move forward.   Since the year 80, the Er Chong flood dividing construction started to go ahead, it was really a turning point for LuJou's development.  Without no more flood, the neighborhood citizens moved in and established the profile of Satellite city.  It also brought the development of road extension construction ,Regions re-planning arrangement,the bridges' construction which were connected to other cities and pumping station establishment; these attracted the incensement in population even made the industry and business were in rapid development.  The new region circles happened and affected the businesses of Credit Department in upper level along with the industry field in fast growing.
 

After these, I worked part time as the leaders of Audit , Branch office (Credit Department Office) and the editor of Farmers' Association.  During this period, it experienced the oil crisis ,the decrease on government businesses,grains stopping harvest,shipping Mall and supermarket's establishment ,computer system finalized for business ,Finance liberalization,interest fixed by liberalization and independent accounting department established for branch office etc...  It was lucky that we were able to reach the final goal under supervisors' and coworkers' closer cooperation.
For the past years, if you said that I worked for Farmers' Association; it was better to describe that I kept learning the profession skills , receiving the instruction from supervisors  ,cooperating with coworkers and receiving the internal and external's training lessons to let me have more detailed knowledge about it.  "To do your bestĦAAs faith as you canĦAto trust honestly as you can"are all the things my father reminded. 
 

2002: "Feng Pear"promotion

So engaging in the work of Farmers' Association, the first priority is always the Association.  In order to receive the trust and support from members and clients to company, I kept offering the kind service and best service quality even working efficiently in order to establish the good CIS image.

For me, I always remind myself that I have to do my best no matter what job I take; there will be no regret after quitting.  For the past few years, to play the right role on various stages is all the same thing I did.
 

2006: as the team leader of

At the begging to be on board, some of elder farmers or clients asked me: "Were you whose daughter ĦH".  After I told them that I came from another city (GunGliau); they didn't deny me even offer more love and encouragement to me. 

In fact, I came from a farmer's family, too.  To till land and plant vegetables are the necessary works during childhood along with grandparents.  As for these elder farmers members, they were likely my elder family members; to say hello from me is always the body language to them in order to receive their long-term support.  Besides these, because of frequent contact on business, some of the clients turned to be my friends; even the warm encouragement from staffs were always the cherish things in my deep heart.

I was glad to have chance as a leader of Farmers' Association; we evidenced the endeavors from CEO Lin for the past 10 years.  To feedback to the society and benefit to homeland was always his first mission.  Under his leadership, the performance of LuJou Farmers' Association ranked on the top 10 among the national-wide 290 associations. 

Not only the businesses grew rapidly, but also feeding back to region received the applauses.  What the staffs followed with him did let me learn so much.

Before, there was a elder supervisor told me that there were three harvests after joining the Farmers' Association: "First is the salaryĦASecond is the handling way on workĦAthe other is the relationship"; these were really evidenced on my individual.   For these 10 years, not only the stable salary, but also I benefited from the relationship.  It is hard to evaluate by number; I did expect that I am able to feedback to my Farmers' Association at anytime.
