The qualified terms of council member are:

1.You should lived in LuJou (should present the necessary paper to certificate) and own the membership over 2 years.

2.educational background is higher than junior high school

3.you own (registered under your name) 0.2 hectare farmland (farmland: municipality directly under the jurisdiction of the Central Government or Province or the population number of countryside/town is over 100 thousands ---0.2 hectare, others should be with 0.4 hectare) If three conditions complete are complete, then you have right to be as the candidate to election. Association Affair section will invite the local personnel to be as a team in order to audit the qualification. After pass this, you are authorized to join the election. During the voting, members will select 31 persons as member representative and elect 9 members council from these; then finally is our President.
 
The tour of duty is 4-year long; you are able to extend one time.
