After the old man took over Teacher Hsu’s draft, he read carefully for a long time. Then the old man said, “The younger generation will surpass the older. You worked hard and did a great job. Nevertheless, I want to consult you some sentences.” Teacher Hsu said, “You’re so polite. Please just ask.”

Meaning of the Famous Sentence

The old man said, “Do you know the meaning of ‘To the house of street, every house varies’?” Teacher Hsu said, “ The house, opposite to each other, has their own lighthouse.  ’means that there are buildings of different characteristics in “no sky” street; and the view that the houses on both sides of the road faces each other. ‘  The road, in crescent moon shape, last for one or two miles' means that the shelters built by the stores to block the wind and rain are like pavilions, which is about two to three kilometers long in its length like the shape of a crescent moon. ‘ The ground, flat as a smooth stone, is a delight to walk on’ means the ground is very flat. ‘ The clothes of customers never sweat in the summer,’ means that shoppers don’t sweat during summers. The last sentence ‘Nor will they wet their shoe in rainy days.’ means that shoppers’ shoes don’t get wet in rainy days. What do you think about my interpretation above?”

True Identity of the Old Man

After Teacher Hsu spilled out what he thought, the old man said thoughtfully, “I am glad that I gave the book “Legend of ‘no sky’”. However, this research is only a start point. I hope you can research deeper on more subtle parts and reveal the complete picture of “no sky”. Farewell, Teacher Hsu. I hope we’ll have the chance to meet you again.” Teacher Hsu yelled, “Mr. What’s your name?” Sound from the air, “It is Hong Ci-Sheng’s pleasure to meet Teacher Hsu. Farewell.” The voice of the old man died out and Teacher Hsu thought about what the old man said.
