Mr. Lin mentioned the store has been running for decades since he took over his father’s business. He thinks the flavor of the meatballs, which he makes, is different from the others because the hand made process with a little exclusive secret. Basically, the materials to make meatballs are flour, pork and bamboo. Mr. Lin also hopes the meatball business can join the WTO in the future.
