8.覺得自家肉圓和別家有何不同之處:餡多皮薄
9.對於肉圓的未來有何打算:還沒想到,只想改良做到最好吃
10.做法:皮的製作上,首先將磨好的米漿與蕃薯粉混合,攪拌到一定的程度,內餡的選擇上,以豬的後腿肉
最佳,因為後腿肉比較沒有肥肉及筋,都是瘦肉,才容易順口
11.材料:豬肉.竹筍.米漿.蕃薯粉.獨家配方

Mr. Yang owns the store named “肉圓火” which is located at

The business hour is from 8 a.m.—9 p.m.

And the busiest hour is noon and around 4 p.m.

Yang family has been selling meatballs for more than 100 years. It’s a family business and they do really hope to improve the quality of meatballs.

Mr. Yang is proud of the meatballs, which he makes is much stuffing with thin piece that made different compared to the others. He also told us better to use pig’s back legs when you chose the pork to stuff. It will make the stuffing different since the meat makes the meatballs more chewable.
