10.做法:首先將蕃薯粉與米漿混合均勻,然後把它放在圓形模具上,加入事先處理好的筍丁、上股肉、薑、蔥酥,配上鹽、味素、醬油等配方後,覆上一層糊狀的米漿,再用手指取出
11.材料:筍 肉 地瓜粉 再來米 辣椒

Mr. Jan has the business for more than two decades. Not only does he enjoy the work, but also wants to keep up with the changing society. He demonstrated the process of making meatballs: First, mix up the flour and rice, and then put it into round mold. Add the well-prepared stuffing with seasoning. Finally, put the thick rice milk on the top before steam.

9.對於肉圓的未來有何打算:老闆目前沒有規劃
10.做法:先將米浸水3小時,再磨成米漿,煮成稠狀.再加地瓜粉攪拌,再做成形.蒸13~15分鐘
11.材料:地瓜粉.再來米.瘦後腿肉

Another Mr. Jan has been running the business for more then 30 years. A very modest businessman who has no comment about the other meatball stores. He also gave us a demonstration of making meatballs. First, soak the rice in water for three hours, next grind it into rice milk and cook until it becomes thick condition, and then shape it while stir with the flour. Finally, Steam for 13-15 minutes.
