8.覺得自家肉圓和別家有何不同之處:我們的粉做起來比較Q

What is the difference between yours and the ones from other's ?

Our cornstarch is more delicious than the others.

9.對於肉圓的未來有何打算:有考慮要增加製作肉圓的機器

What is your ambition for the future?

We plan to install meatball making machine.

10.做法:肉圓賓擁有北斗唯一的雷恩肉圓製造機,可將肉圓皮料注入模子中,再從鋁製的圓形

     模具中挖出,注意油溫不能太高,炸的時間不能太長,待肉圓浮起即可。

 Making Process: Ro-Yuan Ben 's 肉圓賓 owns a unique Rein Meatball Making Machine: 

 Put the meatball  rapping 肉圓皮 into the mold to be taken out and put into boiling oil. 

 Notice that the temperature  of the oil has to be controlled to certain limit and not too high.

 Take limited time for frying until the meatballs start to float.  

11.材料:後腿肉、筍丁、蔥酥、蒜頭酥、黑椒粉、五香、肉桂粉等中藥材。皮則是用米漿、蕃薯粉。

Ingredient : pork ,bamboo shoots cubes , fried garlic , Black pepper , various spices along with 

Chinese medicine herbs . 

Meatball wrappings : ground rice soup , cornstarch.

12.意外的訪談收穫:一斤米可以做成200多粒肉圓

 A nice surprise :  More than two hundred meatballs  can be made with only six hundred grams of rice.

7.做多久了:從曾祖父開始已經60到70年

Since our great grand father :It's been for seventy years.

8.覺得自家肉圓和別家有何不同之處:皮薄餡多肉大塊香料特殊北斗唯一四代相傳

What is the difference between yours and the ones from other's ?

More inside and  thinner wrapping  with special flavors  and more meat.

 The only operation with four consecutive generations.

9.對於肉圓的未來有何打算:推廣到台灣全省

What is your ambition for the future?

To promote our products all over the island.

10.做法:米磨成米漿,用滾水打成糊狀,等冷了以後再加地瓜粉

Making process :To grind rice to power , blend it with boiling water until it is pasty .

Add cornstarch after it gets cold .

11.材料:再來米,地瓜粉,竹筍,瘦豬肉

Ingredients : old species rice( 再來米 ) , cornstarch , bamboo shoots cubes , pork .

12.意外的訪談收穫:店主曾經是舉重國手,因為國家欠栽培,才回家鄉賣肉圓.

A nice surprise : The owner used to be the champion of weight- lifting of R.O.C. , Coming back to his 

home town for the meatball business because of lack of support from the government.
